A new form will need to be filled out for each week’s meal pick up. The deadline to submit the form will be every Thursday at 8:00 AM for the following Monday pick up. Forms will be accessible each week from Tuesday morning to the deadline on Thursday.
You will need each student's Lunch number or if your a DHS student you will need their computer log in number. You can get lunch numbers from either the school cafeteria manager or by calling the school food service office at 337-462-8858 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
